Start with the product specification
Tell us whether the load contains frozen meat, seafood, poultry, ready-to-cook food or another packaged frozen product. Provide the required setpoint from the product specification and confirm that the goods will be ready for loading at the correct temperature.
Protect handovers
Give the packing format, case count, collection point and receiving hours. If a shipment goes from one warehouse to several outlets, list all drops. The loading and handover plan matters alongside the time spent driving.
Select shared or dedicated space
A smaller frozen shipment may be assessed for compatible part load space on the requested date. A dedicated vehicle can be requested for a larger load or a delivery plan that needs its own vehicle. We confirm suitability for the specific cargo.
