Identify the specific dairy product
Milk products, cheese, butter, cream and frozen desserts can have different transport requirements. Give the product specification and packaging format rather than assuming one setpoint suits every item.
Plan receiving appointments
State the production or warehouse pickup point, load-ready time and consignee hours. If several distributors or stores are involved, list each delivery with its case count and receiving window.
Check the load arrangement
Include gross weight, cartons or pallets and whether the load needs a dedicated vehicle. Shared space can be assessed only where the requested temperature and cargo handling are compatible.
