Define monitoring and handover
Specify whether your shipper requires calibrated temperature logs, data logger placement, alarm response, seal records, proof of delivery or a documented handover. The team must confirm which records and vehicle arrangements can be supplied before accepting the movement.
Assess the full journey
Provide the collection time, route, delivery appointment and any intermediate handling or storage. Ask us to confirm the proposed temperature-control plan and contingency requirements for this shipment before dispatch. A form submission does not confirm suitability or vehicle allocation.
