Record the product requirement
Give the manufacturer’s specified transport temperature, product packing and shipment size. Do not assume every frozen product needs the same setpoint.
Plan outlets and unloading
List the distribution centre, outlet or store addresses, receiving windows and case counts. Timed handovers and repeated door openings should be included in the movement assessment.
Check vehicle suitability
Ask for a dedicated vehicle or an assessment of compatible shared capacity. We confirm the vehicle arrangement and pickup date after reviewing the complete enquiry.
