Request a dedicated vehicle if the shipment needs its own schedule, several drops or the full load space. For smaller cargo, ask us to check whether shared capacity is suitable. We will not confirm either option until we review the actual request.
Describe the truck requirement
Specify gross weight and the number and size of packages or pallets. Tell us about loading access at each site, the pickup date and the time your consignee can receive the load. These details help avoid a vehicle size or access mismatch.
Confirm what the quote includes
Ask the team to identify the pickup and destination, additional stops, transport temperature and any requested waiting or unloading work in the quotation. A quote is based on the particular trip, not a generic per-kilometre promise.
